Tourismus in Deutschland im Jahr 2025: 68,3 Millionen über Online-Plattformen gebuchte Übernachtungen in Ferienunterkünften
Im Jahr 2025 haben Gäste aus dem In- und Ausland über die drei großen Online-Plattformen AirBnB, Booking.com und Expedia insgesamt 68,3 Millionen Übernachtungen in Ferienwohnungen und -häusern in Deutschland gebucht. Gegenüber den Vorjahren sind Daten der Online-Plattform TripAdvisor nicht mehr berücksichtigt. Trotz des Wegfalls dieser Daten verzeichneten die verbleibenden drei Online-Plattformen 13,0 % mehr solcher Übernachtungen als im Jahr 2024. […]

Kinderschutz: Zahl der Inobhutnahmen im Jahr 2025 um 18 % gesunken
Im Jahr 2025 haben die Jugendämter in Deutschland rund 56 900 Kinder oder Jugendliche zu ihrem Schutz vorübergehend in Obhut genommen. Die Arztpraxen in Deutschland erzielten im Jahr 2024 durchschnittliche Einnahmen von 854 000 Euro je Praxis. Wie das Statistische Bundesamt (Destatis) weiter mitteilt, ergibt sich daraus ein Anstieg der Einnahmen gegenüber dem Vorjahr um 6,2 % (2023: 804 000 Euro). Household real income per capita stays stable in the euro area and increases in the EU
In the first quarter of 2026, household real income per capita stayed stable in the euro area, after an increase of 0.2% in the fourth quarter of 2025. In the same period, household real consumption per capita also stayed stable, after an increase of 0.5% in the previous quarter.
Government debt at 88.9% of GDP in euro area
At the end of the first quarter of 2026, the general government gross debt to GDP ratio in the euro area (EA21) stood at 88.9%, an increase compared with 87.7% at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. In the EU, the ratio also increased from 81.8% to 82.9%.
